Bring your luggage that is in need for repair to either locations. We box it up and ship it to either the manufacturer or an authorized repair center who can determine the product warranty. If the problem you have is under warranty, they will repair the item and ship it back to the store you dropped it off. You will only have to pay for the shipping.
If the issue is not covered under warranty, they will contact us with a repair estimate and we will contact you with that information. You will have to pay for the repair and any shipping costs when you pick up the item.
Most of the products we carry offer a manufacture's warranty. If you need specific repair or warranty information for a particular manufacturer, please contact us at either store location.
