Returns Policy

All products returned must be in new condition with tags within 30 days of the date of purchase.  Returns within 7 days will receive a full refund to the original method of payment.  Returns between 8-30 days will receive store credit only.  All clearance items and discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be accepted for return.  We do not accept returns on used merchandise.  We are happy to assist you in arranging any repair work or item replacement that is covered under any manufacturers’ warranty.

 CASH SALE under $25

• A cash refund at the cash register

 CASH SALE over $25

• A company check is issued.  Please allow a week for the mail.

Shipping

We will gladly ship any items to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.  Please allow 1-3 business days if you request your item to be personalized.  When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.  Your personalized item sent via standard UPS Ground shipping method should arrive within 7-10 days depending on the shipping address. (see map below for approximate delivery times)  If you need it quicker, we can ship UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air to most locations for an additional shipping charge.  We can also ship to FPO/APO or an international address.
